Haven't received your 10-Hour OSHA card yet? If you completed the 10-Hour OSHA course more than a month ago, but have not yet received your wallet card, then you can request an OSHA card reprint.  Just go to your transcript, select the OSHA 10-Hour course and click the Card Reprint link.  Please note that due to OSHA regulations, processing could take 4-6 weeks.
