2 Million Safer—The Face Behind the Achievement!

We recently shared CareerSafe's milestone achievement of training 2 million students in our safety programs—a HUGE accomplishment! Today, we get to introduce you to our TWO MILLIONTH student, Nathan Lavignette.

A career and technical education student at Jefferson County High, Nathan, was the two millionth student to enroll in a CareerSafe safety course. To celebrate this accomplishment—for both Nathan AND Careersafe—we headed out to Jefferson County High to meet Nathan, his teacher, his classmates, and his family.

We brought along an OSHA 10-Hour training poster for Nathan—and his classmates who had also completed the training—to sign, honoring their dedication to safety and pledging their commitment to start safe and stay safe.

CareerSafe presented Nathan's school with a $250 gift card to thank them for encouraging safety education and, because it's not a party without some pizza and ice cream, we brought those too! There were even representatives from the Jefferson County newspaper, The Standard Banner

We're not kidding when we say that safety is a BIG DEAL!

Opportunities like these, when we get to meet and celebrate the achievements of CareerSafe students, are what make our mission to provide Safety Education for America's Future worth all the work, and we look forward to celebrating with our THREE MILLIONTH student soon.
