Winners to be announced in February

CareerSafe’s new National CTE Student of the Year award will recognize an exceptional CTE student who has demonstrated remarkable skills, innovation, and dedication in their chosen CTE pathway, as well as the personal qualities of leadership, perseverance, and a passion for continuous learning.

The National CTE Student of the Year will be awarded a scholarship prize of $2,500, a highlight video, a watch party and award ceremony at their school, and national recognition through press, social media, and online announcements.

Eligibility

Please refer to the Official Contest Rules for additional requirements and information.

Each nominee must:

  • Have a sponsor (e.g., teacher, mentor, or advisor)
  • Have successfully completed a CareerSafe OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour course
  • Sign the Consent and Release from Liability Form, to be submitted with nomination

Each nominator must:

  • Complete the online Nomination Form
  • Complete and sign the Consent and Release from Liability Form

This year’s National CTE Student of the Year Contest closed on January 10, 2025, at 7:00 pm CT.
