You’ve asked, and we’re delivering. Soon, you’ll be able to specify which sub-groups can use seats available to your organization with our new Allocation distribution method.
CareerSafe NexGen™ LMS New Feature
By adding Allocation to our seat distribution methods, we’re providing organization and group administrators more control over seat use. This feature is beneficial for organizations that need to give a certain number of seats from a specific order to a particular group, teacher, school, etc.
How will Allocation work?
When a group has seats allocated to them, the allocated seats are what the admins of that group can use for enrollments for their group members.
For each order placed, the Seat Report Card of the Order Details page will reflect where seats from that order have been distributed.
When is this coming?
This feature will be launched January 2, 2025.
