Learners who are part of a group with an instructor or administrator who manages their courses will have OSHA cards shipped to the instructor or administrator. Please contact the person who managed your course to obtain your original OSHA Completion Card.

If you paid for the OSHA course yourself, then your card should arrive within 1-2 weeks after completion. Visit our OSHA Card FAQ for more information about card shipping and what to do if your card doesn't arrive.

If you've lost your OSHA card or need to change the name on your card, you can order a replacement OSHA Card easily and quickly through our website.

Most of the time, someone is either entering an incorrect email address or has forgotten their password. You can reset your own password if you know the email address tied to your CareerSafe account.

Go to the Request Password Reset page to reset your own password.

Per OSHA regulations, a student has 180 days from the date the course was started to successfully complete the course (including all course material, the Final Assessment, and the course survey).

All OSHA training providers must abide by the 180-day regulation, therefore CareerSafe is unable to provide extensions. To petition for an exception due to medical or other extenuating circumstances, please Contact the CareerSafe OSHA Trainer.
