1. Have your teacher or administrator order it for you.
If you are a student or employee who has taken a CareerSafe OSHA 10-Hour course in the past, but you did not purchase the course yourself, you can have your teacher, administrator, or employer submit the reprint request for you.
Please note the following:
- The cost of ordering a new OSHA 10 wallet card is $15 for education & non-profits, and $30 for individuals & corporations.
- You must have completed the CareerSafe online OSHA course within the past 5 years, but not sooner than 4 weeks after course completion, as the wallet card is still processing.
- OSHA 10 Wallet Cards take about 1-3 weeks to ship from Federal OSHA to your teacher, administrator, or employer.
- Your teacher, administrator, or employer is responsible for getting the new wallet card to you, since the wallet card will ship to the address of the organization.
